Q. What Brand of lift do you use?

A. We use VIVO lifts whenever possible. At times, they are backordered. We then will use a VEVOR lift or ynVISIOn.DESIGN lift.

Q. Can the lift be operated by your phone?

A. Yes. The lift can be controlled by your phone with the TUYA smart app.

Q. What is the difference between the hinged lid and elevated lid?

A. The hinged lid will open like a toy box and will need to be opened by hand. The elevated lid will be secured to the lift and will rise with the TV as it is lifted.

Q. Can the cabinet be modified for my specific dimensions?

A. Yes. If you have specific dimensions , colors, etc. The customization can be completed by purchasing the customization option and contacting us with the specific customization that you would like.

Q. How fast is rush delivery?

A. Rush delivery means the product will ship within three weeks. If for some reason this cannot be accomplished the rush delivery fee will be refunded. Contact us for more details.

Q. Do I need an outdoor TV?

A. The type of TV is really your preference. An outdoor TV provides better picture quality but you can use a regular tv.

Q. Can the cabinet be moved over grass?

A. The wheels are designed to move over concrete, pavers, decking etc. If you would like all terrain wheels this can be done with an additional cost. Please contact us for information.

Q. Can you paint the trim to a specific color besides white or black?

A. White and Black are the colors you may select but it can be painted. The white trim can be painted a specific color such as Brown, Gray, etc. Also, if you have a specific color you would like for example to match your house trim then we can get that color and paint your trim. Please contact us for information. An additional fee may apply.
